Track Your Order
VAEN furniture is made to order, so an order normally moves through two separate stages: production and transit.
Before dispatch
While your piece is in production, a carrier tracking number may not exist yet. Production typically takes approximately 20–25 business days unless a different lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed for your order.
After dispatch
Once the shipment has been handed to the carrier and tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout. Large furniture and freight shipments may have fewer tracking scans than standard parcel deliveries.
